1. Acceptance

By using Tussra you agree to these terms. We may update them; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Account

You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. Don't share login credentials.

3. Orders & pricing

Prices are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to cancel erroneously-priced orders and refund fully.

4. Returns & refunds

7-day return window on most items (except final-sale, beauty, undergarments). Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. Intellectual property

All content (designs, photos, editorial, brand) is owned by Tussra or licensors. Don't reuse without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the value of the disputed order. Not liable for indirect losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Mumbai courts.
