You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or an exchange. The same window applies to every section — fashion, beauty, accessories and home. The window that binds is the one shown on the product page when you paid, so a later policy change never shortens an order you have already placed.
Go to My orders → tap the order → tap Return or Exchange, pick a reason and confirm the pickup address. Pickup is free. We collect within 2–4 business days in serviceable pincodes.
Send the piece back unworn and unwashed, with every original tag, liner and brand packaging intact. Beauty products must be unopened and their seal unbroken. An item that fails this check at the quality gate is sent back to you and the refund is declined.
Hygiene-sensitive, safety and made-to-order categories are exempt from returns once delivered, in line with Legal Metrology rules and standard Indian marketplace practice:
Every product page states whether that specific item is returnable, above the Add to bag button. That label is authoritative.
Refunds are released once the returned piece clears our quality check, usually within 48 hours of pickup.
An exchange swaps size or colour within the same listing and ships once the original piece is picked up. If the size you want has gone out of stock in the meantime, we convert it to a refund automatically and tell you.
If a piece arrives damaged, used or is not what you ordered, raise the return within 7 days and pick that reason. These are refunded in full including any shipping you paid, and the quality-check condition above does not apply.
Write to us from the Help centre, or escalate to our Grievance officer if a return is not resolved.
