Cancellation policy

Before shipment

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Go to My orders → tap the order → tap Cancel. Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After shipment

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned within 30 days of delivery as per our return policy.

Partial cancellation

You can cancel individual items from a multi-item order before each item is packed for dispatch. The remaining items will continue to be processed and shipped.

Tussra-initiated cancellations

In rare cases, we may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery pincode becomes non-serviceable, payment cannot be verified, or fraudulent activity is detected. You will be notified by email and your full payment will be refunded.

Refund timelines

• UPI / wallet: instant to 24 hours
• Debit / credit card: 3–5 business days
• Net banking: 3–7 business days
• Tussra wallet: instant
• COD: refunded as Tussra wallet credit (instant) or to bank account (5–7 days)
