How long does Tussra take to deliver?

Tussra delivers in 2–4 business days to metro cities, 3–6 business days to tier 1 and tier 2 cities, and 5–10 business days to remote pincodes. The exact estimate for your address is shown on the product page once you enter your PIN code.

Does Tussra offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on Tussra orders of ₹799 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 delivery charge applies.

Does Tussra deliver cash on delivery?

Yes, in selected pincodes, at no extra charge. Checkout shows whether cash on delivery is available for your address and order value.

Does Tussra ship internationally?

No. Tussra ships within India only.

Delivery times

Orders ship from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The estimate you see on a product page is computed from the road distance to your pincode, and skips Sundays.

Up to 250 km (Jaipur, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Agra): 2 working days
Up to 700 km (Lucknow, Amritsar, Bhopal, Varanasi): 3 working days
Up to 1,400 km (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Patna): 4 working days
Up to 2,200 km (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi): 5 working days
Beyond that: 6 working days
Kashmir, Ladakh, the North-East, Sikkim, the Andamans and Lakshadweep add 2 working days — those are handover-limited lanes, not distance-limited ones
