Everything ships from our Noida warehouse and the date is worked out from the distance to your pincode: next working day across Delhi NCR, 2 days to about 250 km, 3 to 700 km, 4 to 1,400 km, 5 beyond that. Kashmir, the North-East and the islands add two. Sundays don't count. Your exact date is on the product page once you enter your PIN code.
Most items come with a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Innerwear, fragrance and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned.
