Every paid order earns points — 2% of what you spend at Silver, up to 5% at Platinum. One point is ₹1 off a later order. No fee, no subscription: the Silver rung opens with your first account.

Points are credited once the order is paid for. They can cover up to 20% of whatever you spend them on.
Nothing. Tussra Prive is not a subscription — every account is on the Silver rung from the day it is created, earning 2%.
Points. A paid order credits points worth 2%–5% of its total depending on your tier, and one point is ₹1 against a later order. Nothing is paid back to a card or a bank account.
Up to 20% of it. The rest is paid the usual way, and points you don't spend stay on the balance.
By what you order. Gold opens at ₹5,000, Platinum opens at ₹25,000 — measured over a rolling 6 months, so a tier can be lost the same way it was reached.
