Everything ships from our Noida warehouse, and the estimate is worked out from the distance to your pincode: next day across Delhi NCR, 2 days to about 250 km, 3 to 700 km, 4 to 1,400 km, 5 beyond that. Kashmir, the North-East and the islands add two days. Sundays don't count. Enter your PIN code on any product page for that product's own date. Where we run a fulfilment centre near you, a same-hour option appears there too.

Yes, in selected pincodes, at no extra charge. Checkout shows whether cash on delivery is available for your address and order value.

7-day easy returns on most items. Beauty products in unopened condition are returnable. Innerwear, swimwear, and personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Returns are free.

UPI/wallet — instant to 24 hours. Card — 3–5 business days. Net banking — 3–7 business days. Tussra wallet — instant. COD — refunded to wallet (instant) or bank (5–7 days).

Yes — every product on Tussra is sourced from verified brand owners or authorised resellers. Counterfeits are immediately removed and sellers are deactivated.

Every account is in Prive from the day it is created — there is nothing to buy. Paid orders earn points at a rate set by your tier, and your tier follows what you have ordered over a rolling window. Points come off a later order, up to a capped share of it. The current tiers, rates and point value are on the rewards page.

Yes, any time before dispatch from My orders. After dispatch, you can return within 7 days of delivery.

Go to My orders, tap the order, view real-time tracking. You'll also receive SMS, email, and WhatsApp updates.
